Matt Serra, President

Matt Serra began his career in 2011 after graduating with a business degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He immersed himself in a one-year rotational program at the Al Serra Auto Plaza, where he was able to experience and learn about each department within a dealership organization. This program proved to be one of the most valuable experiences Matt has had in his career, as he was not only able to learn the inner-workings of each department, but also get to know the associates that worked at the Al Serra Auto Plaza. After his program concluded, he spent time as a Used Vehicle Business Manager and New Vehicle Sales Manager before attending the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University for his MBA.

In 2014, Matt rejoined the Auto Plaza as the Executive Manager alongside Denny Dunfield, a longtime General Manager at the Auto Plaza. With Denny's mentorship, Matt transitioned into the role of General Manager of the Al Serra Auto Plaza, and became President in 2016. In addition to his role at the Auto Plaza, Matt joined the Serra Automotive team in 2022.

Matt is a passionate leader, focused on helping his associates reach their goals and dreams. He is a father of three young children with his wife, Jaclyn, and a board member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
